Message Use Redline high performance oil if your car doesnt see the track alot. They claim that they are ideal for use in street-driven vehicles at extended drain intervals, I think they claim like 9K to 12K miles per oil change...They also say you should let yrou car warm up whenever its started when you use this oil, bhut it shoudl help free up a bit of power as its supposedly has the lowest coefficient of friction of anyoil on the market...Its like $7+/quartr though...


Unless your car see mostly track time forget about the race oil. It doesnt have any detergents in it so low temperatures, etc are not a good idea with them, but they do decrease likelihood of detonation and can free up more power since there are no detergents...

Or you coudl just use a synthetic oil for like $4/quart at a parts store =)
